All development and leadership programmes are individually structured to identify and enhance a number of aspects within a team matrix. Personal skills, working relationships, team dynamics, effective communication are a few of the subjects that can be focused upon.
During a series of tasks and throughout the duration of the programme team members are placed in various roles with specific briefs. With these roles changing the directing staff are able to observe participants in a number of different situations and note the changes within the team.
Programmes take place in “The Great Outdoors” using Dartmoor National Park, the South Devon countryside and/or coastline; this affords the opportunity to employ a number of diverse locations in which to set the challenging tasks.
More specific elements of course delivery utilise our centres lecture room facilities.

Pricing Details & Activity Description
Residential prices are inclusive of VAT, Instruction and the use of all specialist equipment; full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and three course evening meal). Transport is not included but a price can be provided on request.
