One of the largest and most striking venues in the South West. The roof was a wonder of its age and the span of its timber structure still provides a stunning backdrop with uninterrupted views from all sides. Measuring 1500 square metres this is a versatile space for exhibitions, trade fairs, presentations, receptions and dinners.
The Boardroom: 10 – 80 guests
Inspire your guests in the original think-space
of Britain’s greatest innovator. With
many original features and a private lobby
area, the boardroom provides a sumptuous
setting for presentations and intimate dining.
The venue has recently been licensed for
civil ceremonies and special wedding packages
are now available.
The Museum Galleries: 10 – 200 guests
This award-winning exhibition of the empire’s turbulent past provides a dramatic backdrop for drinks receptions. A fascinating wealth of global history is told through personal stories, artefacts, film, costume, sound and photography. A Museum visit is also a unique and stimulating way to enhance a daytime event.
